Delivery
Delivery methods and charges are shown at the checkout in our online shop. Due to the variety of items that we sell, this is the most accurate way of determining the exact delivery cost of your order, however below are listed some example delivery costs – please note that these can change at any time.
UK
Order under £50 – Small Order Carriage – £.7.20 inc VAT
Order over £50 – Parcelforce – £10.20 Inc VAT
Ireland
DPD / Parcelforce – £12.50
We aim to dispatch all orders placed Monday to Friday before 1pm on the same day. Any items received after 1pm on Friday will be sent the following Monday. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be sent on the next working day.
Please contact us if you have a time specific delivery requirement.
Please note that if your item requires any customisation, printing or assembly the dispatch of your order will not be immediate as we have to make it first. Please contact us if you require your items urgently.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. We can arrange pickup of your items, but this may be at your expense. Please contact us for more details.
Please note:
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made
Restocking Charge
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the items you return to us are not in original, resale-able condition.
Faulty or damage goods
In the rare event that your items arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for your items to be replaced at no expense to yourself.
